"I have worked with Jason, off and on, since he became my GA for the GB National Team in early 2008. I was the offensive coordinator and this was Jason’s first time coaching on offense. Prior to him joining the staff, I had never met Jason and he was hired on a recommendation to us.As soon as he showed up at our facility, he injected energy into the team.

He very quickly proved himself as a capable football coach, whichever side of the ball he worked on and worked very hard to prepare himself for every practice, scrimmage and game.  After one weekend camp, we ‘promoted’ him to TE coach and he was given responsibility to prepare part of the scout and gameplan, all of which he was excellent in.

With the players, Jason is fantastic. I mentioned his energy which is ALWAYS infectious and also he makes the players understand he cares about them. He makes players better.I have enjoyed watching his career flourish since our staff dissolved and he is an outstanding football coach that will make ANYONE’s football team better (just ask Geoff Collins, I’m sure he agrees!).

I urge head coaches and football administrators to look past his passport and understand that Jason is a quality football coach that needs someone to give him a proper opportunity. If they do, they won’t regret it."

- Steve McCusker, former Great Britain OC

"My son and I were doing a second tour of Endicott College as he was narrowing his choices down. We had met with the folks in Admissions who asked my son if he played sports. Geoffrey said he played 4 years of high school football and the admissions staff had reached out to Coach Scott who agreed to meet with us.

Truthfully, Geoffrey really had no intention of playing any sport because he wanted to focus on the academics at Endicott. We met with Coach Scott and he sat down with Geoffrey and the first thing we noticed was his "passion" for the game. His "passion" and his overall "intensity" was an attraction to Geoffrey right off the start so Geoffrey said that if the football staff called him that he decided that he wanted to go to Endicott College.

Geoffrey is now a contributor on both sides of the ball and this has only made the experience at Endicott so much more. First impressions are always important and I think Coach Scott left an indelible mark to this day on Geoffrey and even though coaching staff has changed, Geoffrey has not. As a father I'm extremely grateful to Coach Scott for that very first day."

- Steven Paige, father of Geoffrey Paige, Endicott '19

"Jason Scott has demonstrated a passion for developing educational excellence with the student-athletes he has recruited and mentored during his time spent as an assistant football coach at Endicott College. During his tenure here at Endicott Jason also demonstrated an outstanding collaborative approach with his responsibilities. Jason has been a dedicated, organized, creative, and energized member of the Endicott College community.

Jason understands the mission of the institution and shares that institutions mission clearly with the student-athletes he recruits. He will go the extra mile to ensure that families and student-athletes have a holistic understanding of the quality they will received while pursuing their dreams of a collegiate degree and opportunity to excel on the playing field. I recommend Jason Scott highly for a position on anyone's football staff and athletic department."

- Phil Rowe, former Endicott Men's Head Basketball Coach

"Jason Scott was one of my first ever rugby coaches, and I believe that if it weren’t for him I wouldn’t have come to love and cherish the sport. Coach Scott, while teaching me everything about rugby of which I formerly knew nothing about, also taught me about life, character, honor, work ethic, and what it takes to succeed not only in the sport of rugby but life itself.

This is what separates a good coach from a great coach, one that goes beyond their expertise in the X’s and O’s aspect of a sport and helps to shape you as an individual. Coach Scott instilled a sense of pride and an atmosphere of family that I had yet to experience in college athletics not only in the sports he was directly involved in, but on the entire campus as a whole, almost singlehandedly. Coach Scott is a valuable and rare asset to any sport or athletics program in a variety of ways, and one that is impossible to duplicate or even so much as imitate."

- Pat Cormier, Endicott '15

"Coach Scott has helped shape me as a person and proved that small acts of kindess can go a long way... He is an inspiration to me. Even being in a different country he still possesses the ability to show his support for me and everyone around him."

- Zach Bassett, Endicott College Class of '17

"Coach Scott takes the time and makes the effort to get to know his players and what drives them. He finds out their abilities, their strengths and weaknesses on and off the field, and tailors his coaching style to maximise bring out the best in them.

He has an uncanny ability to develop any players knowledge, regardless of their talent level - from rookie to pro - whilst integrating everyone into the system and culture he creates."

- Will Hobbs, Tamworth Phoenix & G.B. Lions

"To say that he's an immense coach does not do him justice. He finds a way to inspire and ignite a flame in every individual he works with. He builds boys into brilliant young men, and steers individuals back on track who may have strayed off-course, he doesn't do it for himself, but so that others can be the greatest versions of themselves. The effort and passion he pours into football and the community is phenomenal. He is dedicated, passionate, reliable, supportive and so much more.

- Stephen Gregory, Tamworth Phoenix & G.B. Lions

"A Jason Scott defense brings the kind energy and aggressiveness that you need in a modern era. Combined with the unrelenting pressure his game plans bring, his defenses confused and dominate opposition offenses.

When you combine that with his focus on sound fundamentals, a broad knowledge of the game gleaned from years of experience and his personable, energetic approach to coaching you have a winning package."

- Jon Goddard, Brunel Burners OC/HC
